Yesterday was free burrito day and the place was packed! The line went out the door and people kept coming! But all the kind workers kept their cool and was working nonstop! They did a great job at handling the mob of hungry people. Please give them all a raise

Tried picking up only to be waiting 50 minutes and the order not even started! They were pretty much only focusing on the customers coming in to order and not working on online orders! Had to cancel because they weren't even trying to make the orders if you told them which one it was! She just kept telling people that were picking up to go to the back of an almost 20-30 person line to get their pickup order made! Very poor management!

For a 2bd week in a row my coworker and I have ordered from this location and both times the food was wrong. The first time I had asked for ground beef and I got pulled pork. This 2nd time I ordered extra brown rice no white rice but instead I received extra white rice. While I understand things happen but 2 times in a row is a big inconvenience since we only have 30 min to get the food and eat it. There needs to be some sort of coaching with whoever is making the orders. Do better Qdoba!

It's your typical qdoba which serves a tad bit better food than chipotle in my opinion. Especially now they have their gambo (tortillas soup) back, I picked this all day over chipotle.
Definitely my go to when craving Mexican fast food. Their menu is amazing and they have the vest customer service at the store.

Its pretty good but the value is horrible. They charge $14 for a single burrito and they didnt even fill it up. The tortilla is a certain size they didnt fill it. They also enable tiping which shouldnt be a thing hence two
I haven't been to a Qdoba in ages... and apparently, I've been missing out! I had the steak burrito with all the fixings (queso and quac are not extra $$!) and chips and queso. Sooo delish!
One of the staff was very rude. She’d talk rudely for giving salsa and sour cream. When I asked Salsa she said I’ve to pay, I agreed but then she rudely said with clap of hand that this the last time. Terrible embarrassing experience. I am thankful that she helped but I don’t like charity.My recommendation take extra salsas why placing the order rather than asking later.Vegetarian options: You can select only the vegetarian options for any variety (bowl/quesadillas/..)

We used to be Chipotle people but now we choose Qudoba over Chipotle every time!! They are more consistent in taste, quality, and quantity. Service is always great. We usually order ahead of time and out of the 20+ times we’ve ordered in the last 2 years, they’ve only messed up our order once and made it right when I said something. Qudoba over Chipotle always!!
Staff is always very friendly, decent portions and food is always fresh. I wish qdoba didn’t get rid of impossible meat or cauli flower rice though. The seating area is always clean. Chipotle locations are a hot mess, so I go out of my way to specifically go to
