Amazing and authentic tea, and the ice cream is great too
The iced matcha is kinda watered down. Taste is still good but not sure how much actual matcha is in it 😆 I had the yuzu one. Interesting combo.
the matcha latte and milk teas are good! I also really like the black sesame & matcha soft serve
They have really good coffee here, personal favorite definitely has to be Vietnamese coffee! Good selection of ice cream and soft serve. If you’re looking for something sweet and chill definitely come here!
Poor quality of coffee.
Matcha soft serve is must try!
The drinks are very nice, but the prices are slightly expensive but reasonable. The drinks are worth it though.
Everything matcha. Quick service
The matcha is great and one of my favorites. But when I went the other day, the staff was rude. Maybe they were having an off day.
Matcha was of very high grade. Priced rightly for the great quality and taste! This place is located in food court of Mitsuwa marketplace. Offers many variations of matcha, such as strawberry or cinnamon and vanilla matcha. There are also matcha desserts such as soft serve. The original iced matcha latte was superb, as a regular matcha drinker this is near the top for me! 🍵💚

SaYUri the best
Mesai latte definitely had an interesting taste to it. Needed more sweetener of some sort. Regular matcha latte was pretty good though.
I am a huge fan of anything matcha! I finally tried their Matcha Latte and it was delicious! Very smooth, not too sweet and creamy. A refreshing drink on a warm day.
I will be back to try their soft serve ice cream!
Careless / inconsiderate: my wife ordered a hot tea from this place. Instead of a hot tea she brought me extremely super hot tea. The first seep I took will leave me a very bad memory of how careless servers from this shop have been. My inner upper lip and my tongue were burned with one sip and are still numb four hours later. They claimed a lot of customers request their tea to be very hot so they keep it at 180 degrees. Who does that? What is the % of customers who want it so hot it burns? Do regular customers have to be burned because some want their tea extra hot? The tea was still hot even after I added ten of their ice cubes they gave me after the burn happened. A warning should be posted to tell you how super extra hot the tea really is. Or it should be served at a lower temperature. This company really needs to do their homework before someone is seriously hurt. Anything over 160 degrees will cause an immediate burn. One star is lot compare to the discomfort they gave me by being one of their customer. Watch out!!!
Ordered Americano it was luke warm took it right back instead of remaking it they reheated with the steamer to make it hot
Wanted to complain but no time
Totally unprofessional and lazy they are kind that give bad name to independent coffee shops.
