Great food, heat value and very entertaining to watch! This is a great place to go to for special occasions but I also just go for an ordinary dinner frequently!

First off the service was great .Now for the bad went there for my daughter anniversary. All four of us ordered differently for dinner Food was just ok at best .All four of us had severe diarrhea for 2 days. Will never go back. Foodie be aware while the show is awesome the food will give you the worst diarrhea of your life. Please don't go here. Once about 5 years ago they were good .but sadly they have gone way down hill. The noodles were extremely greasy .

We had a wonderful dinner at Rokbonki! The food was excellent as was the service. Our Chef made the evening fun with the right amount of entertainment without going “over-the-top”. We will definitely be back!

The food was fantastic and plenty of it. The cooking experience with Kevin was a lot of fun, also. Great dining experience!

As Always, it was a great experience. Service was fantastic, food was great, and we all left there completely full and satisfied.

Food was great, service was great, however several large families with screaming kids made it difficult to hear.

We had our own personal chef as we had an early dinner reservation! He was fabulous! He took utmost care to make sure that our gluten free diner had the same experience without gluten ! The food was delicious, as usual, and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

Still can't beat the lobster tail and steak combos with included shrimp appetizer, salad, soup and dessert. Recommended!

Tried this teppanyaki Japanese restaurant. Friendly staff; catered to our needs.

Entertaining chefs, lots and lots of food.

The noodle soup is by far the best I’ve tried. Very hot, not warm.

Shrimp appetizer, nice way to start. Sauces include teriyaki, ginger, and horseradish.

The salad and dressing were great.

Before main meal is cooked, noodles, onions, broccoli, and zucchini were presented.

The Tokyo shrimp dinner was good, just shy of tasting ‘rubbery’. I guess it’s difficult to time the meals while cooking.

Desert, choice of vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream and rainbow sherbet.

By the way, the teriyaki sauce was one of the best I’ve tasted.

We have been regular patrons of this restaurant, but that may no longer be the case for us after tonight. This is the second time in a row that we dined and had Chef Kevin again unfortunately. Both times, he thought it was funny to make a comment about my food selection and what it would do to my size. I was with my family both times, including my young children. He may have thought he was being funny, but he was completely inappropriate. It made me lose my appetite. We didn't say anything the first time he treated me this way, but what are the odds that he did this a second time, also saying it exactly to me, and no one else at our table? My food choices and size are none of his business. In fact, it will make the restaurant lose business if he continues this way. He also appeared to hit on the wife of the couple sitting with us who were celebrating an anniversary. He made inappropriate innuendos about her and her husband being “excited” and having a “hot night”. Seriously?! Read the room. It's supposed to be a family restaurant and he certainly made it uncomfortable, with my kids (ages 10 and under) there. Kevin may be funny to others, but not us. I can only imagine him saying that to someone who might be battling or just overcome an eating disorder. Very unprofessional. We also were given to go boxes as soon as he was done cooking. We felt very rushed. The food portions have dwindled over the years. And the salad dressing is more watered down than ever. Very disappointing.

Overall I would say that the food, ambience and servers was ok. But our Hibachi Chef ruined the experience for us, Note that this was my kids first time to dine and experience a Hibachi restaurant. We came to Rokbonki Japanese Steak House for the Hibachi experience, but we didn't receive the typical interactive nature of one, no entertainment, no banter. Meanwhile, we could hear the other tables laughing and being entertained, while we sat there.
