Absolutely disappointed. This restaurant is doing business as multiple virtual companies with Virtuant. I whole support finding other sources of revenue - especially during these times with COVID. However, I am disappointed at the misleading this is. I ordered “Uhmazing BLTs” for lunch today - BLT wrap, side of onion rings, and a drink. It’s odd that when my lunch came during my only 30 min break from GrubHub that I opened the container and there was no bacon on this wrap and it was substituted with onion rings. The onion rings were even mushy. Nothing sound less appealing than a wrap with only lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onion rings. When we googled this address of a new place we had never heard of Sam’s of Arlington popped up. We googled a few others that are “new businesses” on GrubHub - Grilled Cheesin, The Patty Melt Co, and Wing Society - ALL are the same address as Sam’s. Completely disappointed in today’s “lunch” and the misleading of so far found 4 “new businesses” for delivery near AH on GrubHub. This restaurant will use their kitchen to sell you food as another business - which came completely incorrect to begin with and EXTREMELY overpriced.

Food is good and plentiful at a fair price. My only "issue" is something that probably can't be changed and that is that you have to walk through the bar area to get to the restaurant area. This has an effect on atmosphere.

Our first time here and it was excellent. We had the open face roast beef and also the beef tournados. All the meat was tender and flavorful. Marissa was very friendly and we enjoyed meeting Debbie at the bar. You get a lot of food for the money.

Usually excellent. This time a large bug ran across the table as we were finishing our dinner. My friend killed it. We showed it to the server who was unconcerned. Went to find the manager, showed him and his response was "it happens!" Felt he should have comped our dinners or offered coffee and dessert. Have been there dozens of times but won't go back. Not because of the bug, but because of their attitudes!
