Early morning stopped by this location on Oct 4t. Very friendly welcoming staff I order 2 hot drinks to go. Yes it was nice hot temp flavorful, even outside smell fresh coffee brewing. Thanks Staff let me purchase last 2 summer colorful plastic cups. Surely use as fun nice gift to someone. When I am in area will stop by this Starbucks.

The staff at this store is extremely sweet! We always ask our Uber drivers to get our Bruno a puppuccino, but they either ignore our message or say they did, and don't. Lately, I've been calling the store directly to ask them to add it into our order. Then, one day I forgot to call and SURPRISE, the staff added in on their own. I was so touched and Bruno was so happy! I felt like a good dog mom that day, because even though I forgot, and felt bad, the store employees made me look like super mom! Bruno says thank you for his puppuccinos!
And they did again, thank you guys!!

Terrible experience with customer service. I felt unwelcome, especially as a minority customer. From the moment I stepped out of my car, the security guard kept a close eye on me. The woman taking orders did not exhibit a friendly demeanor and came across as quite rude.

This Starbucks is the ONLY ONE, in Arlington Heights, that makes our drinks correctly! I don't know why every Starbucks doesn't have unison products when the recipes are measured to a T, but all we know is that this location KNOWS what they are doing? Keep up the hard work!!
