This Starbucks is the ONLY ONE, in Arlington Heights, that makes our drinks correctly! I don't know why every Starbucks doesn't have unison products when the recipes are measured to a T, but all we know is that this location KNOWS what they are doing? Keep up the hard work!! We are new residents in Arlington Heights, and we appreciate your love and care when making the drinks!

The entire drink order was wrong for both of my drinks. They the girl forgot to add sweet cream cold foam and cinnamon sprinkles… I had to ask for both of those to be put on. The girl making the drinks looked exhausted and looked over worked… i don’t know who is running this establishment but please if the drinks are gonna cost a leg and a arm please have someone do it who is well rested. And please check on your employees.

I don't know what the issue is at this Starbucks. They are out of multiple drinks on their menu on a very regular basis. I'm not even considering them as an option anymore due to likelihood they will be out of what I would like to order anyway. My only guess is that the manager is unaware of how to order the appropriate amount of product for this store. I live in the downtown. I have to drive to another Starbucks miles away, where lacking half the menu isn't ever an issue for some reason.

There is no option to get your own sugar. Fill the island so i can fix up my caffiene juice properly. I hate having to ask for 6 sugars and then getting the "are you serious" look. Yes, I have a sweet tooth sue me. Put out the cream and sugar for God's sake.

Very small place without drive thru. In general nice. Many people. All parking spots very busy so we parked underground in the next building.
