The staff at this store is extremely sweet! We always ask our Uber drivers to get our Bruno a puppuccino, but they either ignore our message or say they did, and don't. Lately, I've been calling the store directly to ask them to add it into our order. Then, one day I forgot to call and SURPRISE, the staff added in on their own. I was so touched and Bruno was so happy! I felt like a good dog mom that day, because even though I forgot, and felt bad, the store employees...
