Ordered two days in a row. Both days my order has been completely wrong. From wrong syrups to an iced latte being served hot.

Unfortunately this company has seen better days. There was a time when you would come in and be greeted with a smile or a friendly hello. Now if you’re lucky you get that awkward phrase “welcome in” with as dead and monotone a delivery as humanly possible. Why? Because Starbucks has decided to extract all the joy and life out of its partners and replace it with some putrid version of the Stepford Wives. I feel for the partners that come into work and try to remain happy, but you can see the struggle in their eyes.

I’ve ordered from this Starbucks multiple times and the drinks are always watered down to the point where you can’t even taste the coffee. The pastry display case was also infested with fruit flies. Absolutely disgusted.

Staff member was rude because I didn’t wait 5 minutes from the time they received my order to go pick it up.. made it seem like it was going to take much longer than it did to prepare my coffee, one was a latte and one was a black coffee.. and even he said they weren’t busy lol

I placed my order at the drive-through, and when I got to the window, they gave me the wrong size.
My thought was, nothing wrong, they always fix it.

Nope, an employee named Ruthy that acted like she was the manager tried to make me feel bad for not taking their mistake. The time Ruthy argued with me made the line back up tremendously.

I have never dealt with a disrespectful employee at starbucks until today. This employee needs to be coached and written up.

This is honestly one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drinks are watered down and taste like it has literally no coffee in it. Maybe the good rating are from the morning rush. I usually go after 11 and the drinks are terrible.
