Marcin has a complete attitude. Very rude and appears to be very angry. Slamming things around and making a lot of noise. He was crass when I asked him about making my drink extra hot…. He didn’t even let me know when my drink was ready… i was sitting and waiting, I happened to look over and seen my drink just sitting there, so I asked him if that was my drink then he said yes.. I said wow, if I didn’t look over I guess I wouldn’t have ever known… he just has poor customer service… I will call corporate next… these drinks are too expensive to come with an attitude!

Went by today to get a couple of drinks (@130PM). Customer service, in particular one person, just doesn’t meet what I would think Starbucks would accept.

I ordered ahead. When I arrived I noticed a gentleman with 3 family members placing their orders (in person) We both waited for a while. I noticed the individual making my espresso con panna with a scowl and didn’t seem to be too happy. I got my drinks and I started leaving, I noticed the gentleman with 3 family members going back to the register to check on his drinks. The female with the scowl just told him “they’re coming”with an attitude. I doubt that gentleman will be back.

I normally go to the downtown Mount Prospect bc they got great customer service. I hope the female employee with the scowl reads this and is directed to visit the Starbucks at Mount Prospect (NW Hwy & Elmhurst) to see what customer service looks like. Starbucks is better than this.

p.s. wanted to follow up as I went by today, tried a new drink, and had a great experience. As I was leaving an employee wished me a great day. A small but very powerful gesture. Thank you!!

I go to this place very often, because it is near my home. And they have a really good costumer service.

Vegetarian options: They offer the spinach and feta wraps, and the souce vide egg bites, they have grilled cheesse sandwiches, and some more options.

Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure.

Parking: There's a big parking lot. That belongs to Starbucks.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They have handicap parking, too.

If you plan on using Uber Eats, GrubHub, or Door Dash to get your stuff delivered from here, go to a different location. This place is horrible, and the majority of the employees have really poor attitudes. They will literally let your order sit on the counter, without bagging it, and walk past it several times knowing a driver is waiting for it. Trust me, it DOES NOT get that busy there to the point they can't take a minute to bag up your order so we can be on our way. So, if you're wondering why your driver keeps changing before your order arrives...this is why. They simply DO NOT CARE!!
