Used the mobile app to order ahead of time only to wait around 20 minutes as people who ordered after me got their drinks. Come to find out my drink was put to the side and forgotten about.

My hot mocha was barely warm when I left drive through ! And another time I wanted to use the restroom and you have to ask for a key ... What the heck is up with that ??!!!! Will never be back to this location again !!! Not even wanting to return back to another Starbucks again ! Y'all need to entice me somehow otherwise a HUGE thumbs down !!! Very displeased !
