I ALLWAYS RECEIVE THEE BEST TASTING AROMATIC FRESH COFFEE and there is NO and I seriously mean NO other giant competitor that can compare their quality of service and freshness of the aromatic tasting coffee like Starbucks offers and serves on a daily base. What a unprofessional cafe first the cafe was closed cause they’re short staffed so I went thru drive thru without a car and they said they couldn’t serve so than I brought a car and they said they were closed at 3:00pm.. it says they close at 4:30. Such a horrible experience.

We placed a mobile order at 7:11, the app said the order was ready at 7:15, we arrived at 7:17 and it took two different people almost 10 minutes to get the order and give it to us after trying to give us the wrong order. Yikes!

This Starbucks is slower than any drive thru of any franchise you ever been to. Story has it you can walk inside, use the bathroom and still get back in time for your car to move in the drive thru.

Where do I begin. When the drive-thru is 30 minutes behind I thought it was a joke. Maybe being punked by Ashton Kutcher. Then when I get to the window it didn't have the coffee ready and saying that the machine was down. Who the hell runs this place. They need to close the door on this location this Starbucks is by far the worst I gladly drove an extra 5 minutes to Gerry's cafe. I didn't have to wait almost an hour for coffee only to be told that their machine was down. This place is a joke never go to this location.

Went here for the first, and last time today. Used the drive through and the serve was so slow. One car in front of me who ordered 1 thing. Why did it take 15 minutes. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew - very simple drink. Also, took 15 minutes. If the parking lot was full maybe I would understand, that was not the case. waiting 30 minutes for a drink Not Worth It!
