Honestly I am so done with Starbucks. This location is the slowest out of every starbucks i’ve ever been to. Absolutely unbelievable that I have to wait 15+ minutes to receive a damn DRINK! Your employees are just bad and ill-trained. I ordered a drink with light ice and received way too much ice. I’m sorry but it’s not hard to put less ice in the cup- especially when i’m paying like $8 for a drink. Ridiculous. Do better.

Worst store ever! It’s like everyone working is on slow mode. Whether you walk in, or in the drive thru, it takes way too long to get even single drinks.
My coofee was good but if you want to waste 30/40 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, that’s is the place !

Used the mobile app to order ahead of time only to wait around 20 minutes as people who ordered after me got their drinks. Come to find out my drink was put to the side and forgotten about.
