This is by far the most slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to there’s only one employee working why is nobody helping them? I’m serious these guys need help

My daughters and I stopped by to get Starbucks while going to Target, and had a great experience! Elliot was super nice at the register and Ezra made our drinks! You could tell he is having fun ensuring the drinks he is crafting are just perfect ?

Nayeli is the best!! Best barista in the world, she deserves a raise. Ezra, Dian, and Erin are great too. I will only get a drink when I see them working though because I am very particular. Please stop hiring new people and schedule the rockstars who make perfect drinks 100% of the time.

I’m lactose intolerant and it is important to me that when I ask for coconut milk , barista puts coconut milk, not whole milk. Guess what they do every time I ask for coconut milk.

I went and the cashier put in my drink order wrong, and after I told the barista she claimed I order my drink wrong?! After I ordered the most basic thing Mango dragon fruit. She acted very rude and was not understanding she re made my drink but gave me attitude.

The workers were incredibly rude to me and didn’t get my order right. They gave me a grande instead of a venti. When I politely told them that it was wrong, they tried to gaslight me and say that I told them I wanted a grande. Then the worker walked away. So yeah, really good job Starbucks.

Ashley, a recently employed employee i believe, is literally the worst employee ever. Terrible service. I feel bad for the employees that need to work with her because the rest are the nicest people ever. Ashley never has a smile on her face and does not say hello or thank you, pretty much has 0 manners.

Best coffee!
Espresso/coffee machine not working. A coffee shop should never let this be a reason. Have a backup. We left empty handed and went to nearby Duncan.
Love this location. The employees are so nice and the manager is great too.
