Ordered delivery didn't get my whole order called store they tried to blame driver for taking off without whole order shouldn't whole order be together when driver picks it up?? Lol ha ha ha ha
Lady (Mexican lady that works mornings) over charge me for my sandwich and have been doing so for quite a while and I hadn’t noticed. When confronted, she said “oh I thought you meant the home run inn ham sandwhich” I specifically asked for Black Forest ham everytime I go there. Not sure if she does it on purpose or if she is just an idiot but either way, it isn’t cool to overcharge customers. Oh and the cookies are from the night before and they taste like refrigeration. Will be disputing the charges with my bank as I have the receipts of being overcharged

Stopped by for a pick up order,
The girl who was working was mopping and asked me to wait 10 min while she finished-
Was not a problem at all. However,
She did not make the sandwich that I ordered.
It was my order, had my name- just not what I ordered.

Working hours: Monday to Friday opens at 7:30am - 8am at the moment, location still closed... Change the working hours if you don't follow them, it's not a big deal, you know...

Absolutely horrible customer service. I will post a photo of the coupon that the employee said she would not take. She said it was only valid for a free drink when did obviously States buy a footlong and a drink get a free footlong. She said she had to call her manager and was extremely rude when she found out she was in the wrong. She handed the coupon back to us and said scan it, then she said give it to me. All this being said with a horrible attitude. The food was fine, but will never ever ever go back to this location because of this woman who clearly does not understand what a coupon is used for. I urged anybody to go find a closer Subway in the area and give them your business and avoid this place at all costs.

I usually go to this subway and present a coupon, to which the staff always accept. However, today there was a very, very mean staff member who not only tried to deny me the use of my coupon many times, but also threatened to not sell me the sandwiches, refused to add the appropriate amount of tomatoes and cucumbers even when requested multiple times (there were only 4 cucumbers and tomatoes slices when all subway staff members are instructed to add 6, she even showed me the instructions that said so, contradicting herself), tried to rush me to finish ordering the sub, gesturing to wrap up the subway when I noticed she completely forgot to put on olives, yellow peppers, and many other toppings I had asked for, and overall emanated a very aggressive, confrontational attitude demonstrated through her hostile voice. While I’m greatly frustrated and upset by this staff member, this review is certainly not representative of other staff members. I have never had any negative encounters with anyone else, and on the contrary, they are very kind, positive, and polite. This review goes out exclusively to the one staff member who was determined to ruin my day.

I went in with coupons buy one footlong get one free the girl at the counter says we don't honor those coupons the only one we honor is one foot long for a $5.99 I said okay give me two in reality if you add up the two for $5.99 each it comes up too less than the buy one get one free for some reason the owner cannot add or subtract I've been going to this place for since it's opened at least 4 years it has changed ownership or something something just isn't the same you can still get a good sandwich there
