Why have only 1 worker on a saturday afternoon when its extremely busy? 9/30/23 extremely unprofessional and a waste of everyones time.

I went in with coupons buy one footlong get one free the girl at the counter says we don't honor those coupons the only one we honor is one foot long for a $5.99 I said okay give me two in reality if you add up the two for $5.99 each it comes up too less than the buy one get one free for some reason the owner cannot add or subtract I've been going to this place for since it's opened at least 4 years it has changed ownership or something something just isn't the same you can still get a good sandwich there

So the subway off of Euclid rd in Arlington Heights doesn't take a buy one get one sub coupon but will take the 12.99 for two foot longs not really sure I understand that one. So much for stopping here ever again.

Order online and pick up just twice.People seem nice and making a well sandwich.Using the app to order to get rewards.This store doesn't accept coupons.Parking: Good amount of space. A couple reserved spots for pickup.

Found plastic in my sandwich. They were super rude about it on the phone. Went back to restaurant put the price of plastic in his had that chipped my tooth. He asked if I wanted another 6 inch sub. I said no I'll never come back or rest there again.

2 people were out back and didn't help even though there were no other customers around. Got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the chicken was dry, stale, and oversalted. Won't return to this store.
Food was pretty good. Very clean place and restrooms. Customer service could be improved… a smile helps a lot .

I’ve been coming to this store for a few years now. They are always nice and friendly. Clean clean store. Never seen it messy even the drink station.Should had written this review awhile back. Today is a hot day and I bought a normal steak combo. I bought a coke so I could use the drink with the meal to get water for my dog. He said water for dog, no charge for cup. Super nice. People here always are.

Friendly and efficient staffAlways seems very clean inside.Only caution is to avoid early lunch on Mondays - their breads seem like they were baked on Friday, so they're not very fresh.
