They lied to me telling me I could not use a buy one get one free coupon for steak and chicken and said I could only use it for the cheapest meat options and veggies. They lie and are trying to just save money but lying to customers. I have never been to a worse subway where they straight up lie to you.

They refused to serve me because of my preferences! The customer is not always right here at this Subway.This makes me sad because I love Subway and have been a long time customer (other locations). I have been going to Subway for easily 25 years. I have never had a Subway deny me service because of the way that I like my sandwich. I always order a footlong flatbread with tuna and cheese. My order has not changed in easily 15 years. I do not like the bread or the tuna toasted and most subways put up a little bit of a fight since the bread *should* be toasted. I understand that the quality of the bread and the taste will be different if it is not toasted and I do not care. I prefer it this way. But I have never had anybody REFUSE to serve me because I didn't want the bread toasted. That happened today at this location! The first employee was hesitant but proceeded to start making my sandwich when I assume it's the manager (male looking) chimed in and said that they MUST toast it. When I explained that I don't want it toasted and that I always usually get it this way from every other subway. I have gone to many different Subway locations in and around this area as well as other states. He said "that's okay that they'll do it, but we won't." So I asked if he would serve me and he said no. Clearly it's not a health hazard or risk of death if I want my sandwich not toasted since I'm still alive.I would not recommend going to this subway as they clearly do not care what the customer wants and the customer is not always right not this location.

Went in about a month ago and ordered The Boss. Got home and there was no fresh mozzarella on it. I called the store to let them know and the woman on the phone said she couldn't help me and told me to do it on the app. She also said next time I come in I could get extra cheese or a free 6-inch. I went back the other day and the owner was working. I explained the previous situation and he would not honor the free six inch. It turned into a bargaining match of what he would be willing to give me. I offered to buy a six inch and asked if he could upgrade it to a footlong because of my previous experience, but he was not willing to do that. I ended up buying a footlong and he gave me the fresh mozzarella on it. Overall a very sketchy and cheap interaction. Was promised one thing and ended up having to haggle just so the restaurant could save a couple bucks for a previous mistake.

I've gone to this Subway location in the past. They're busy at lunchtime, it seems like they're even busier during the summer. Today they were short staffed, but they were also out of meat for the new italiano sandwiches? And then the guy ahead of me had 3 sandwiches that he needed made custom. How can someone come in at lunchtime and do that. Maybe next time call it in. I waited 15 min to my order in. And the one bathroom has been out of order for at least a month. Corporate or the owner of this location can't get someone to fix the bathroom?
