Disappointed Experience!
I was really looking forward to enjoying a cake I purchased from this bakery, but unfortunately, I found a hair in it. It was extremely off-putting and embarrassing, especially since it was meant for a special occasion. I expected a higher level of cleanliness and quality. I hope this is addressed seriously so others do not have to be embarrassed.
I picked up my cake 6/28 and have been calling daily, with no one answering the phone ever.

Custom, beautifully decorated cakes that are so delicious you won’t have leftovers.

Nice spot for a sweet treat. One item I tried was a little bit dry, but overall a good experience.

We ordered a custom cake for my son’s 3rd birthday and I am beyond impressed! My son was so excited about his monster truck cake, and it looked even better than the inspo pictures I provided. We will be using Sweet T for both of our kids’ birthdays moving forward and any other special events!

Highly recommend them for private custom cakes and all things baked goods. Professional and very knowledgeable. Worth every penny!

This little bakery is super cute inside. Their bakery goods are reasonable price and super tasty! We have ordered custom cakes for second time now and our first time experience was amazing! They are pretty busy all the time. I would definitely recommend to go into store to get estimate than via email. I order custom cakes often for birthday party and fondant cakes are very high price these days. Sweet T prices are sooo reasonable for custom cakes.

Sweet T's made an extraordinary cake for my daughter's baby shower. Not only was it adorable but everyone loved the amazing cake itself.

I'll start off by saying that the worst part is that the cookie wasn't even that good.
My friend and I wanted a cookie, so we thought about stopping for one. We walked in with two people already in the store. One was being helped, and the other was waiting. Four people were behind the counter, and only one wasn't just sitting around. We got our sugar cookies and waited for the ONE person working to help us. People slowly came in and started to wait behind us; by the end, I'd say there were about 10 people behind us. We waited for about 10 minutes before anyone asked if anyone needed help.
The cookie wasn't even that good when we finally paid and left. Never coming back

We have been coming to this place for the past 8/9 years We have 4 kids and every birthday we ordered our cakes here. For my daughter cake in December my wife ordered a pink Hello Kitty cake. And when I got back home my wife opened the box and it wasn't what we ordered. When we called to complain and to let her know that the cake wasn't what we ordered we were welcomed with huge attitude and trying to convince us that the red is pink because the cake that this lady did was red not pink and on top of that she decided to fill it with raspberry jam that we never requested and she had the audacity to tell us everyone loves this filling so we had to be stuck with the jam we never orderd.. It was very difficult conversation very unpleasant after a quite some time she decided to give us our money back but not tax included and we've been told to never come there again buy the owner because we spoke up and after years off choosing this place over plenty of places we could of went to one complaint made her tell us rudely to never come back. Then next day I went in to pick up the money the cake was 41 and change so no tax it said I supposed to get 38 with change I opened the envelope in my car and there was 28$ so unfortunately I had to go back and confront the owner about this issue. So after dealing with that she did not liked that she needed to pull out extra 10$ out of her register I said thank you was walking away and I've been told again to never come here again so because our cake was done wrong and the money was miss counted we recieved very rude and unprofessional service. So to the owner please treat your customers with kindness and respect it doesn't give you any rights just because you took over your family's business to treat people like crap it was very unpleasant situation and she handled that very poorly. In the photos you clearly see the difference of color and just the design we asked and what we recieved. We ordered the pink cake with pink bow and the pink dress and non of the white thing around the cake and we asked to say happy birthday on the flat part on the bottom. And she said it's done perfectly and she's very proud of that cake. Please those are two completely different cakes.

I couldn't be happier with the cake Sweet T's Bakery Studio made for my daughter's birthday! They did an amazing job bringing my vision to life—the cake was exactly what I ordered, down to every detail. Not only did it look perfect, but it also tasted incredible. The whole process, from placing the order to delivery, was seamless. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special with such a beautiful and delicious cake!
