Went thru the drive thru and the cashier was very rude and got angry with me when I asked for hot sauce then proceeded to ignore me when I was trying to get her attention when he manager came to the window she was telling her manager that they are closing and people need to come before that so if I want hot sauce for me to wait until they open the next day because she's not giving it to me it was shocking and the manager did not offer any compensation for the abuse his employee was dishing out no justice for the paying customer who spent 48 $ and left without my hot sauce taco bell customer service is one of the worst I've experienced in my 50 years.

Went in for an online order and nobody helped me out. Waited 10 minutes and decided to go to the drive thru instead. The guy on drive thru said I needed to come in and there was nothing he could do and all of this with an attitude. When I pulled up to the window he started calling all kind of swear words in Spanish and threatened to call the cops. I expect compensation and if this is how you run business then I expect this place to close soon. If I don’t hear back I will reach out to corporate.

I sometimes come here out of nostalgia from my school days, but honestly it’s disappointing. The prices are higher than expected, especially considering the quality of the food.
