We just got back from a month long trip and stopped here after retrieving our car from airport parking at O’Hare. It's sad as an American to admit that the service was absolutely horrible compared to all the wonderful hospitality we received throughout southeast Asia and Indonesia from people who get paid a fraction of what Americans get. Tje food was ridiculously expensive as well for fast food. I am sorry BUT do better!

Review written 09/01/2025. There’s a lady at the drive thru who slams the drive thru window shut so fast after she shoves the food bag at u. Just rude and with an attitude. I’m so tempted to just tell her to get over herself. LOL
She particularly gets mad if u ask her for a fork / silverware. Like sorry for not wanting to pick up ingredients with my bare hands like most (gross) people do. Lol
However despite her RUDE attitudes, she works in the mornings, this location generally has pretty good food and the app allows modifications and customizations which helps to still be able to indulge while losing weight

The food is delicious 😋! The service is wonderful. It's a small place with a family atmosphere. It's cozy and colorful, as if you were visiting family or close friends. Please visit this place. If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine. You won't be disappointed. 😋 today was the 1st time that it wasn't crowded. And that's because of our current president 🤔🤨

I always eat here and today they did not put the cheese fries in a separate bag and lo and behold the fries are on the ground. Dog shot shit the one time it is not done and my fries are out. Was always coming to this tace bell but it seems it was my last today. Unfortunate, maybe they can get better service. Wouldn’t it eat here unless you need cheap food, Edit: to top it off they burnt my burrito smh Taco Bell, you lost a fan and now I’m a anti fan spread hate on Taco Bell.
