I’m usually a huge Taco Bell fan, but this evening’s drive through service really sucked. It’s about 10:55 pm… literally no one else than me and my blue car… I checked my mirrors… I drive up to the menu… I say I’ll order a few sandwiches and the guy is like harassing me every other second about my order… I had no time to read the damn menu. I eventually order my food… then drive up… give my 25$ cash, he gives me my drink… I pop my straw into my large rootbeer put my change in my pocked and he hands me my food… then I start putting the dollar bills into my wallet and rudely tells me to move up my car… literally NO ONE in my back NO ONE. Check your cameras on February 26th 2024… no one other than me. No need to rudely rush me on!

80% guaranteed your order will be wrong. Cant even count sauce packets correctly. Mobile or drive thru...check your order or get screwed. So close to home wish they actually cared about giving you what you ordered...happened so many times recently..can only believe they treat your order with a IDGAF ATTITUDE ..order at your own

Some of the WORST service I have EVER received. We came to Taco Bell after being on a train for an hour. My niece, who doesn’t even live in the state of IL was completely mistreated by Esmeralda C. My niece ordered ahead of time so that she could use her Taco Bell reward. When we got up to the intercom after waiting for 20 mins and having some lady cut in line 3 cars up, Esmeralda insisted that we didn’t place an order, even though we were showing her the proof. She completely mistreated us. She basically called us liars about the order we placed when they clearly had given our order to the person that cut us. She even tried to tell me niece that she’s “seen her before in line” even though my niece lives in the state of WISCONSIN AND HAD NEVER BEEN TO THE ESTABLISHMENT EVER AND WE HAD JUST GOTTEN OFF A DAMN TRAIN AND SAT IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES. After arguing about it at the window and Esmeralda COMPLETELY ignoring our proof of the order, she made us circle back around and wait at the end of the line when we had already placed our order and was told to come to the window. Than she tried to claim she was giving us “free food” even though we paid for the damn food that they were refusing to give us. They wanted my niece to pay double. I than asked for the managers last name and Esmeralda refused to give it to me in order to file a formal complaint. I even called the establishment for the managers name and the employee refused to give it to me. They didn’t even make our order correctly even though it was a mess up in THERE system. I will never come to this establishment again for the way we were treated. The so called manager slammed the window on us 3 times and kept ignoring us and didn’t want to look at our proof of the order. Incredibly unprofessional. Do not come to this establishment. It’s full of rude people. I’m so incredibly disappointed. This was the last straw for me.

Very unprofessional management, I went here last night and i wish i had picked the further location. I pre paid on the taco bell app and before I had even arrived at taco bell I was told that my order was completed, so I am assuming that my order was given away. When i get to the window to get my order she was so disrespectful and get continued to tell me I already came thru the line. It was $20 worth of taco bell, like cmon i’m not scamming you for ANOTHER round of tacos I just wanted what I had paid for. If i wanted more food i could hope back in line and pay for more.. Esmeralda C. was claiming to be the manager and continued to slam the window at me and refused a refund then says I needed to get back in line and order food, just to get to the window and have to tell me i’m scamming them for more food than my original order but was refusing to look at my order. Countless times i told her that I am trying to be respectful and i was just wanted my food but all she had to say is that i already received my order and they didn’t have my order. Drive to the other taco bell bc this one is not worth it! To top it all off the food was disgusting and cold as if they had it ready the whole time and she just wanted to stir the pot.Dietary restrictions: can’t have tomatoes but they added them in anyway..
