Service was a little off, but every one has a bad day. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls. Egg rolls were not delicious so why buy again. S &S chicken had no green peppers or tomatoes in the sauce. Yeah not a great experience. The ambiance was fine.

Ordered lo mein and fried rice! It was good and delicious until I got to the bottom of the noodle styrofoam container, which I found was melted and that was disgusting! Clear away from the styrofoam containers if you are going to put something so hot in it.

Good food, fast service. Menu is big, but not a lot of pork dishes, not sure why. Always friendly, and there is parking.

Updating my review because in the last 13 years since my last review, this place is STILL going strong with good Chinese food. Yes, it's not all "authentic" Chinese (Cantonese) food, but it's delicious and there are dishes on the menu that you will find prepared in homes of Cantonese people like my parents' home. Service is always friendly. The owner of WingWah usually takes the order and he's always so sweet. It appears they are take out only for the time being, but maybe just when I went to pick up my order. I've only ordered take out. It's fast, tasty, and they really fill their containers with food! My husband loves their General Taos. It's breaded not too thick with a nice sauce that has a small kick to it. The vegetables are fresh and plenty, but not so much that there's more veggies than chicken. My go to items are: Shrimp Egg Foo Yung - they don't skimp on the shrimp! Every bite has shrimps and there's plenty of gravy to cover my Egg Foo Yung and rice. Shrimp Fried Rice: just like the egg foo yung, they don't skimp on the shrimp here too. It's not salty, the rice is tender and filled with flavor without being downed with soy sauce. Beef and broccoli chow mein Cantonese style: this isn't the crunchy style noodles. This is the long, thin yellow noodles that are pan fried so the edges are crispy and the center is soft. The beef and broccoli is packed separately so the noodles stay crunchy. Mixed together they make delicious bites - kinda like what my mom makes at home. Other notable dishes of my order: the egg rolls are good, filled with pork and shrimp - not just cabbage like the other places (I think I can taste peanut for those who might have allergies - ask ahead of time to make sure). The crab rangoons are so good, filled with imitation crab and cream cheese. Yum! My son likes the Yet Ca Mein Soup because it's not salty and it tastes of real chicken broth. There's ample noodles and BBQ pork pieces in the soup. The soup is the perfect warmup, tasty, winter soup!

I order at least once a week, so yummy. Fresh and prices are great for the quality.

The food is consistently good. Many restaurants have decreased on quantity of food but not Wing Wah.

The food is delicious and you do not burp grease and have burning fat coming backup in your throat as you do from the food from most other chinese restaurants, but they dont have mooshoo pork, they dont have combination anything, i love veggies and seafood and meat, you cant get that at their restaurant. Very disappointing. I was the one who found it when i came back home to IL, but i am used to having more choices. In FL CT and the entire east coast they serve eggdrop wonton soup, yumm, not in IL. I have not tried all places in the area. Maybe 4 so far, but i want to try chinese munchin. It has great reviews combination dishes and mooshoo pork. We will see. Next time another business is getting our money. Not even combination egg fu young. Ugh.
