Not sure why Brown's keeps this location open. The place has always looked abandoned and the decor inside is worse. I've ordered online and the food is stale. We drive to Naperville now for Browns as it's a family favorite. Went there over Labor day and such a bad experience that I didn't even pick up the food. Avoid this Browns.

Worst 50 dollars (expensive) I've ever spent for two people. The chicken was hard. Like stale. The Mac and cheese was literally cheese sauce over soggy macaroni elbows. I got sick after eating. Other browns might be good, but avoid this one like it's the plague. I never leave bad reviews but holy hell...
Update, got food poisoning and was sick for four days. Do not ever eat here.

It looks like you're stepping into an episode of Kitchen Nightmares except Gordon is not here to save us or give us our refunds. The pasta was disgusting looking and the $16 chicken sandwich was a joke. If you want to spend $50 and be lied to straight to your face then waste your time here.

Extremely overpriced ($50 for 2 people) and the food tastes super bland. Take your money elsewhere.

This is the 1st time I've visited this location since I've lived in Aurora. My 1st impression when I drove up to the restaurant was that it looked abandoned. There was one car in the parking lot & could smell fried chicken in the air, so I figured it was open. I ordered a 4-piece dinner, & a small order of mushrooms. The mushrooms were good, but the chicken was room temperature, & the wing & drumstick looked like they came from a cornish hen. I'm pretty sure they take the prize for smallest pieces of chicken I've ever gotten. At $18.68 with a coupon for the chicken this still isn't cheap. Not gonna be going back here.

Worst browns I've been to I'm used to one that makes everything to order and they give you a deal on day old chicken. Apparently this location charges you full price for cold chicken and an old biscuit. The only thing fresh was the fries(maybe) I had to pay for separately. Very disappointed in the quality of food I received smh ? I will not be coming back and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, everything is dirty and falling apart and the onion rings i think they made it with water and flour it didn’t taste right.

I went through the drive-thru, and I got 1 lb. of chicken gizzards and fries. Brown's drive thru driveway has a big hole that needs to be fixed immediately. As time goes on, it's going to continue to get worse/bigger.
