Syrup is easily the best breakfast and lunch spot in Aurora. The food is consistent which is sometimes hard to find and the flavors are always spot on. Big fan of the Loaded Potato Cakes with Tillamook Cheddar, but yesterday I found a new favorite in the Chicken & Waffles Deluxe. Their omelets are always huge and packed with ingredients. The Billion Dollar Bacon is also amazing.
