Cajun Cafe & Grill offers the best spicy and regular bourbon chicken, along with amazing fruit smoothies. The ambiance brings back the nostalgia of mall heydays, making it a popular spot in the busy Fox Valley mall. Some find the service lacking, but one reviewer found the service quick and efficient. The Cajun chicken is very juicy and sweet and salty and tender, pairing well with fried rice. Their watermelon freeze was very nice too, with a good amount of sweetness and real fruit. Other food, like the orange chicken and noodles, is okay, but not generous in portion. While the quality is average, it's convenient for mall-goers. The sprite tasted like tap water, but the agua fresca was really good.
