rolled ice-cream was pre-made & frozen hard. was alright once it thawed a little.
The ice cream here is good so this review isn’t about the food. It wasn’t until I looked at my receipt when I got home that I saw the merchant charges a 4% credit card fee. Usually it’s 3%. I also don’t recall it being posted that there is even a credit card surcharge on any signs. Obviously I’m not blaming the employees for this, this is strictly management cutting costs and should be disclosed to customers.

They arent made freshly, they were pulled out of the freezer already rolled since idk when.
