Always get the veggie bowl on a bed of rice and I enjoy it very much. Freshness of food and quality in every bite. I continue to go there for that reason.Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from to make a veggie bowl and their guacamole is wonderful.

March 2024 haven't had Chipotle since they 1st opened years ago ( not this location) however after seeing their commercial advertising the steak asada bowl I decided to give it a try! I wasn't disappointed the steak was very tasty along with the rice black beans and various other toppings the bowl was hefty enough and the price not bad! I will go back in the future to try the chicken pastor bowl!

i visited the orchard restaurant with my girl friend the service & atmosphere was pretty good i ordered a burrito bowl i really liked it it was sort of cold i really love the food i eat very very warm when i return i hope to bring a couple of friend's to catch up or hang out

The line was terribly long and I waited about a half hour and was after 7:00 p.m. When I finally got to the front of the line, I was told that if I wanted the meat I had chosen, there would be at least another 10 minute wait. Being extremely hungry, I had to end up ordering something that wasn't my first choice. The tables were very dirty and not wiped off. I asked the cashier if she could have someone wipe them down as I was going to eat there. As that did not happen, I just ended up taking my food home. I would have just wiped a table with a napkin, but they were all dirty and definitely needed a wet rag to clean them.

Don't stay poor!! I am a regular customer and every time this is worse they add a pinch of lettuce, cheese, guac, etc!! It even seems like they're afraid to add the ingredients!! It is not so cheap for them to put those minimum

10 years laterwe got our food. ive never seen someone be so dainty putting food on a burrito.. like the food would scream if handled rough... and skimpy.. we dont ever ask for extra but wow... half a spoon of rice and meat.. not near 4oz at all...year later... i wish there was another one closer.. more expensive, less food... there has to be a better place to eat keto...

This does not reflect this specific store but the company in general. Chipotle has the worst customer service and doesn’t refund their customers for their error. I placed an order and received an error message that my order did not go through. I placed it again within minutes. Come to find out upon delivery, the first order did actually go through. So I was charged twice. I clearly would not place two exact same orders in two different transactions with two different delivery fees within a matter of minutes. I also should have received a call from the store double checking I wanted the exact same order twice. This was their error. The company won’t refund me the money for their error. Worst customer service ever! I will not be giving them my business again!
They didn’t have fajita veggies and they refused to sub me for Queso and charged me. The food was literally taste less and I regret coming and spending $40 of 4 bowls! I will highly not recommend coming here!! They didn’t even have guac or salsa!

Go to the location on Kirk Rd by the Walmart.AVOID ORCHARD RD AT ALL COSTSKirk Rd location will take care of you much better and they won't skimp if you like to eat a lot.If you want more rice, don't come here. They tried to charge me $2 extra. Pretty skimpy on portions, and they messed up my gf's order and support only offered a free drink. I regret coming to this location as it's always been difficult with my order here.
