Decided to go to chipotle today for lunch for my birthday, I’m also pregnant and had a craving. My pop was completely flat and my rice was so hard and uncooked it was inedible. This location has repeatedly given me bad or undercooked food. It’s frustrating to spend my hard earned money and get a terrible product in return.
I am an I am a firefighter and Every single time I order a salad bowl with extra rice extra beans, extra everything they always do me right because I went to the one in Oswego and it was very bad. I only got one scoop even though I had ordered two extra scoops and I only got like a very small portion and every time I go to Orchard, I always get the right exact portion. We love Chipotle but ended up not wanting to be back due to it being so dirty. We will never be back. The guy who built our burrito was so sloppy that it didnt even wrap.
