I cannot say enough great things about Andrew, the manager at Jimmy John’s on Orchard Road in Aurora, Illinois. He went completely above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore.
After our Uber Eats order didn’t make it to us (as usual, drivers struggle to find our house), Andrew took it upon himself to personally make a fresh sandwich and drive it from Aurora to North Aurora—in the pouring rain—just to make sure we got what we ordered....read full review
Im so disappointed. Im stuck at home with a newborn, I live 5 mins away. It took about 40 min to get my sandwich. I specifically left instructions for the doorbell not to be rang due to my sleeping baby. And of course they ring the bell.
I stopped to grab lunch with my soon, so I decided to try the new SICILIAN PIZZA SANDWICH, and it was delicious.
My soon ordered the new THREE CHEESE PIZZA SANDWICH, and he loved it.
The sandwich perfect toasted, the order was made quickly, and all the tables were clean. Restrooms were clean too (tats a surprise on a restaurant) lol.
We definitely coming back.
