Major shoutout to Kaitlyn and the rest of the staff for stepping up when doordash failed them (and me).
I was on the phone for 30 minutes with DoorDash for an issue with delivery (20 minutes and 3 stops later, I finally get my food.
Fast forward through a lot of frustration. I ended up calling BWW since I was told they would have to deal with it.

My visit to this location was not the best this occasion.
The wings were mixed up and we couldn't tell which were what flavor, I didn't want ice in my water and it had ice when I received it. That was no big issue but what really bothered me was when I checked my bank statement a few days later, I noticed they charged me more than what I wrote the total down to be on the check.
I usually round up with tip included and I noticed the server added the cents to the total so...read full review
