They got my order wrong and refused to remake the funnel cake. They charged me for a funnel cake sundae when I wanted a plain one. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted it made over and he refused. Customer service is horrible!!!!

We had allergic reaction after drinking their chocolate milkshake, we never had food allergies before. Looks like they are using very unhealthy and expired ingredients. We had to go to ER for treatment. I urge outlet mall management to shutdown their store in the mall.

Today we had a really bad experience. We ordered 4 coffees and 3 churros. When we ordered, the guy was blatantly making fun of us with another girl. How we drink coffee is our problem. We asked for Splenda and they gave us sugar. My friends are from Costa Rica and their seat is different, but that doesn't give them the right to make fun of how we speak English. They need to put people with more professionalism and know how to treat customers, not just disrespectful guys.

I just waited in the rain for 15 minutes…. At exactly 6 pm (closing time) they shut off the lights and claimed they were sold out. But there were about 4 of us waiting to buy ours, it’s not our fault service is slow!!!! Sad because I love these churros but service is bad.
Churros are always fresh and tasty. Lemonade is amazing! Great prices!

Got a strawberry milkshake and a smores churros, both are delicious. The milkshake had next to no flavor, but it was hot out so it was still refreshing. The churros were 10/10 will come back again. I also asked for a box for the smore 1 and it took like 5 mins, but I did recieve 1.
