Fiesta Taco is a lively taco truck with delicious food, especially the Al Pastor and chicken tacos. The guacamole is a standout, packed with tomatoes and onions. The birria tacos are a must-try, and the steak tacos are best avoided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with great music playing under a shady canopy. Located at the Chicago Premium Outlets, this food truck offers a clean environment and wheelchair accessibility. Overall, Fiesta Taco is a recommended spot for flavorful tacos and a pleasant experience.
