I had a very rude experience with the person who took my order today. He was not listening to me at all and was very rude. We needed the pizzas fast, but he took an extra long time. He kept telling us the order ID, although it was confirmed already, 1150. We placed the order at 8 and when we went to pick it up we had to reorder since he never ended up taking the order.
Placed an order at Domino's Pizza on Eola at 7:18pm at 8:19 o called to find out where the order was. Was told by Joe that the order was delivered. I advised him I never received the order and was advised that it was delivered some where else. I was told by the rep that if I don’t like it “ not to order from there”. Customer service is awful! I was hung up on when I asked what his name was. #DoNotOrderFromHere
Love this location. Mike is the greatest! Best pizza loc. In town.
