$17 for a sandwich, fries and drink, only to be presented my order by someone with a severe chip on their shoulder who obviously wanted to be anywhere but there…I’ll have to pass moving forward
The employees at 3400 Freedom Drive Springfield, IL would rather stand around and talk about drinking than give me my order that’s was sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes while I stood there waiting. Finally asked if my order was ready and they looked for it and gave it to me. Walked out and checked my bag. They forgot my extra gravy. Had to go back in for it. No “sorry”, just had someone get it and sit it on the back counter. Had to stop the employee and ask him...read full review
