I ordered 4 items using coupon and when I placed order with apple pay amount was with coupon applied and payment processed but when my husband picked it up amount on receipt was different . Manager was very rude when I called to check on glitch. Apart from this pizza quality was worse than before. It used to be my go to place but seeing the quality and behavior I am not sure whether I will order from this place anymore .

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Domino’s. They messed up my order — one pizza was made and the other was forgotten, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for them to remake it.
When I asked about the delay, the manager got hostile, raised his voice, and told me to leave and that he wouldn’t serve me anymore. He even said that because he was the manager, he couldn’t be wrong. Completely unprofessional.
The pizza itself was bad too — dry, overcooked, and nothing like what you expect. I came in to eat, not to be argued with after waiting for their mistake.
Won’t be coming back. The Papa John’s nearby was a much better experience.

Where should I begin . I ordered 2 pizzas and they took over a hour to get here . We literally had to send my brother to go get corn in a cup to wait for the food. Not only that but when we got it. They left the food at the door. They did not call or ring the bell. The pizza got so cold and it was hard like a rock.
