Every time I go to this Dunkin’ it’s something new. They’re Either out of pumpkin flavor (in the FALL!) or out of Oreo hot chocolate flavor...but I usually let it go. Today I ordered an iced coffee and got to the window and asked to add a simple donut to my order. The answer was “no you have to go back and wait in line, it’s policy”...all dude had to do was walk 5 feet reach his hand out and grab a donut. Terrible service, they don’t care about their customers.
Disappointed on this dunkin. It seems that every time I go to this dunkin they always get my order wrong. I try not to go there but sometimes I'm in that area and is the closest one. But it seems that I will need to do the extra trip to go to another dunkin.
Disappointed! Went to dunkin donuts bought a coffee waited til I got to work to drink some and it tastes like dirty hot water!!! It doesn't even deserve a star but it wouldn't let me post this without clicking one

Despite this, one customer appreciated a female manager who returned a forgotten phone to them in the parking lot.
