worst customer service ever! I ordered a coffee and they put dirty napkins in my coffee ..went back to get a refund never got it didn't swipe my card correctly..and top of that a black kid trying to fight me because I was irritated getting a coffee with garbage in it! never buying DD again
I go here every day and order an iced coffee with mocha. When I got to work the coffee was bitter and had no mocha. So I called and the manager said to come in a for a refund. I said I just want a new coffee. So the next day I go in and the manager said with an attitude I need the receipt. I told him I couldn’t find that specific receipt but I literally had a receipt for every single day that week.
