Little Caesars Reviews
Pathetic management
They sell cheap food
They dont care if your order is right or not. They do not reimbursement or replace.
What a ripoff
Waiting 30 minutes on two pizzas apparently hot and ready. Don’t even bother doing it online because they won’t even get it and you won’t get refunded due to the system being down. Never again 🤦🏽♀️

Little Caesars Pizza is a popular local pizza chain that has faced some challenges, but still manages to provide affordable and satisfying meals. The reviews paint a mixed picture, with some customers praising the friendly staff and the value of the food, while others express frustration with issues like long wait times and inconsistent pizza quality.
The restaurant is described as having a convenient location, nestled between a Subway and a UPS store. Customers who have tried the "other Aurora Caesers" suggest that this particular location has its own unique set of challenges. One reviewer notes that the restaurant has a problem with canceling orders, but that it's sometimes worth overlooking the "bad deeds."
The food itself is generally well-received, with one customer enjoying a "quick pizza/bread sticks lunch deal" that was ready on time and met their expectations. The breadsticks, in particular, were praised for their perfect amount of garlic. However, other reviews indicate that the pizza quality can be hit or miss, with one customer noting that it's "sometimes a hit and other times a miss."
The main issue seems to be the restaurant's struggle with managing the high volume of orders, especially when customers order through the website or app. The automatic ready-time estimates don't always align with the actual wait times, leading to frustration for customers. The staff is described as doing their best, but the company itself needs to address the way the app calculates ready times.
Despite these challenges, Little Caesars Pizza remains a popular and affordable option for local residents, with one customer noting that "you can't complain because they are affordable."
