Every time I order here, I'm hopeful it's not as bad as the last time...but here we are. My "scheduled" pickup time is always late by at least 20 min, not acknowledged by the staff until I bother someone in the kitchen. Pretty dirty inside and not enough seating to wait. At least 3 old ladies standing for 15 min isn't cool. Mediocre pizza for a cheap price gets you mid service I guess.

I just got a pepperoni pizza and 1st piece I bit into I almost broke my tooth. I found something hard cooked into it. I took a picture of the hard item that was cooked into my pizza. Calling a Manager then corporate. Maybe even an attorney. That’s so unacceptable. Almost looked like a tooth.

Ordered online on 09/30/2023 at 6:40 didn't get my pizza till 7:50. Staff was really rude and the workers were in no hurry to get food out to customers. Also they were eating food while packaging up the pizza with no gloves on. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.
The workers are very unprofessional and very rude. I order cheese pizza from this branch. I was there by 11:05 just as the arrival time asked. When I got there the manger asked the other worker to turn off the light after they realized that I was there. When I went in she said we throw away ur pizza. When I said I paid for it and I was given a time she was like u will get your refund in the morning.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was way over done and looked like somebody tipped the box sideways when it was done because all the cheese and pepperoni slid over to one side. It looked nasty and we didn't eat it. Tried calling the store to complain but they wouldn' t answer the phone. Never ordering from this location again.

This location could easily be 5 stars if the staff wasn't so rude. They make the pizza well, as good as little Cesar's gets, but I basically will drive further and pay more for pizza to avoid being around that negative energy.
