Ordered ahead, arrived 30+ minutes before closing just to find the doors locked and open sign off. The employee saw me driving to to the windows and by the time I got to the window she hasn’t there anymore. I waited 10-15 minutes in the drive through and parking lot and in the end I just never got my order. As I’m writing this it’s still 13 minutes before closing. If they want to close at 9:20 PUT THAT AS THE HOURS🤦♂
Every time I go to this location through the drive through, I’m ALWAYS asked to pull up front to wait for my one coffee drink. Then I sit there in my car for a while, and while I’m sitting there I see multiple cars come out of the drive through??? So annoying, and it’s getting old. Feel like I’m at McDonald’s🙄
Customer service so mean very rude bad service I don’t want to there anymore he say get out I was super mad and Because I am frustrated mad arguing and I say can bagel he say no bagel and other one customer and he say yes have bagel why no me I was. Mad he so from next time no more go there pls guys must will shut down
