Place is a joke. The Quality Manager, James, how did this guy get hired here? The way he treats people, talks to people is ridiculous. The amount of Quality issues that come out of here yet he is still around....take some accountability. realize you hired a moron and move on to the next person. He blames everyone else for things he can't get done. I honestly hope this guy land flat on his face, jobless and lives in a tent the rest of his life

With so many poor reviews, how is this place even open. Ever since it opened in Aurora, we've struggled to sleep, or work as I am tired of all the purge siren this place makes in the mornings. It's worse on Wednesdays. And the fire alarms that go on for hours and hours... What is even going on here. Can't sleep, eat, or work with this place so close.

I’ve been here to pick up a load to deliver to Kentucky, the worst experience ever 7 hours I’ve been waiting to get loaded. Staff banging on my truck door like they’re the police. Never again, not only bad reviews about there food distribution but a bad review on the driver to deliver is not good business

Unfortunately, I've had too many disappointing, frustrating and time consuming, unpleasant experiences with this company. I've had a box of food left outside, in the wrong place, that spoiled and had to spend hours trying to get a refund they were reluctant to provide in full. They have changed delivery dates due to shipping issues. Further, I have been unexpectedly charged with no willingness to provide a refund. Finally, the portion size and quality of food is mediocre. For the price, you are only paying for convenience. It is much healthier and cost effective to make larger meals at home and eat them over 2-3 days. Also, customer service is offshore and it is always an hour plus on the phone trying to get anything resolved. Basically, they suck! If you use them regularly, you will be disappointed and frustrated. Best of luck.

The big scammer!!!Whit no permission he add new order and charge me!!! 3 days in a roll I try to contact them no respond, and finale a get the tach with him and explain me if you acc its active automatically we send you the meals....the worst costumer service

Food is ok. I liked the convenience of a food subscription. Menu however is limited and a lot of meals contained chicken, green beans and broccoli. Two out of my three deliveries had a canceled entree due to ingredient shortage. Instead of refunding my credit card, they applied a credit to my Factor account that I could only use towards the next full priced order. Why can’t I use it with a discounted order when it is truly my money, not a store credit? I canceled my subscription.

I had a horrible experience while I was consuming a meal I had bit down on something sharp at which time I pulled out of my mouth a sharp piece of plastic and found more in my meal and I had also swallowed one which was caught in my throat and had to go to the hospital to be taken care of. I had contacted factor 75 on numerous occasions and told that someone from safety would contact me at a specific time three times and no call this company is not concerned about the safety and well being of their consumers and it shows. I had asked for the corporate office number and they said there isn't one and I have to communicate through email because when you call the 1-800 number your talking to someone overseas that you can barely understand. I encountered a costly emergency room visit as well as treatment and lost wages from work and all they offered was my money back for that meal. This has to be the worst customer service and lack of concern for someone's health I've ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of factor meals. See the attached response she apologized if I was misled about the ingredients, well if it read sharp pieces of plastic were included I wouldn't have ate it!!

The service was fine until they decided to no longer communicate shipments. Factor dropped $200 worth of meals on the porch and told me to give away what I did not want. Terrible customer service and business practices.

I love their meals and I feel almost guilty giving 3 stars but this needs to be said. Too many people are slapping a "keto" label on things these days when it's not truly keto. Keto is high fat, low protein, and trace carbs. Perfect keto macros would be 20/80% protein to fat. In these "keto meals" the macros of protein to fat are almost identical and the carbs are low enough I guess...it's good enough for the average person who doesn't know what a true ketogenic diet is. And overall if the goal is weight loss then calories are the king here, but still...calling something keto when it's not...throwing in lean cuts of meat with these meals is cranking the protein up too high. Use more bacon!
