The delivery continues to come to the front door, and I was denied adding free delivery by paying $99 for Factor+. The customer service is a call center, and doesn't have the authority to resolve anything. I have already changed to a local delivery service. The lack of administrative problem aren't worth it. I cancelled after 3 weeks
It may not look very good in the images but the food is really good. The salmon teriyaki.. SO GOOD. No bland food, good texture, and big menu.
It’s just that they got my order wrong :(. And they even gift you an add on like protein shake! Second best meal prep after cookunity.

Factor 75 is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of tasty and enjoyable meals for lunch, dinner, and late-night dining. The restaurant's Factor plates are praised for their reasonable price, with meals costing only $3. Customers appreciate the convenience of the restaurant's delivery service, which provides a selection of flavorful dishes each week. The portion sizes are sometimes described as small, and the presentation of the food can be affected by the delivery process, but the meals are still considered a healthier alternative to fast food. While a few customers have experienced issues with the website and subscription management, the restaurant is generally recommended for its delicious and affordable meals.
