I love their meals and I feel almost guilty giving 3 stars but this needs to be said. Too many people are slapping a "keto" label on things these days when it's not truly keto. Keto is high fat, low protein, and trace carbs. Perfect keto macros would be 20/80% protein to fat. In these "keto meals" the macros of protein to fat are almost identical and the carbs are low enough I guess...it's good enough for the average person who doesn't know what a true ketogenic diet is. ...read full review

I'm an employee at factor75 and I can say the food is really tasty and enjoyable for lunch ,dinner late night lunch ! I recommend buying factor plates and what's good about it is the price for only 3$

I was skeptical since other prepackaged delivery food has been unsat, but Factor is doing it right.It's easy to sign up. Every week, they provide a variety of selections from which to choose, and every week I get foods that are full of flavor!It saves me from ordering garbage fast food, it saves me having to buy and cook a bunch of food for one that I seldom finish.The Factor serving sizes are perfect.Only complaint I've ever had is too many dishes have green beans, and I have...read full review
