“-32 lbs with Factor's Keto MealsYou can't outrun your fork.I laugh when I think about this t-shirt I saw with a raccoon and it says "I work out so I can eat garbage." That was me until I decided to get my portions under control and concentrate on eating the right types of food.We chose Factor because it was one of the few prepared meal delivery services we could find that was keto, not frozen but fresh, and offered many meal choices. The menu is designed by dietitians. The meals arrive once a week, with recyclable packing materials. They are reheated in the microwave for two minutes.How does it taste? We've been pretty pleased with most of the meals. They are seasoned well, use a lot of cauliflower and broccoli, have many spicy entrees, the chicken breast is always very tender. In general, there is a lot of variation in the menus, although we give each other the side eye when we see a meal that we've had before. We've been pretty consistent with Factor and between the two of us we've lost over 50 pounds!I took off a star because a few times we had delivery issues with the box delivered to the back yard where we couldn't see it. I can't outrun my fork but with Factor I don't need to.“

Every week, they provide a variety of selections from which to choose, and every week I get foods that are full of flavor!It saves me from ordering garbage fast food, it saves me having to buy and cook a bunch of food for one that I seldom finish.The Factor serving sizes are perfect.Only complaint I've ever had is too many dishes have green beans, and I have to skip all those since that's not a veggie I eat - otherwise it's all good.“
