In response to the reply from Factor customer service asking for more detail and reason for my three stars, I want to say is that I work at one of the facilities and have very little good to say at this point and is better not to go into detail.
They deliver what they promise — the meals always arrive on time and are well packaged. What made me cancel my subscription was that I found the portions small, and the meals don’t look very appealing because sometimes the delivery box gets flipped and the food ends up messy. As someone who eats with eyes first, I didn’t enjoy that. But if that doesn’t bother you, and you’re okay with the portion size, then I do recommend it.
Cancelled my order and didn’t even care to update me but still charges me. Offered no back up resolution. Embarrassing on management for planning. This is the second time.
