They deliver what they promise — the meals always arrive on time and are well packaged. What made me cancel my subscription was that I found the portions small, and the meals don’t look very appealing because sometimes the delivery box gets flipped and the food ends up messy. As someone who eats with eyes first, I didn’t enjoy that. But if that doesn’t bother you, and you’re okay with the portion size, then I do recommend it.
Cancelled my order and didn’t even care to update me but still charges me. Offered no back up resolution. Embarrassing on management for planning. This is the second time.

Loved the food, cancelation was a hassle. Took several calls to cancel, if you simply open the app on your phone or view a menu, it reactivates you account! It sounds like this is a recipe theft deterent? So I called and canceled once, but that was misprocessed, so I got another order, which they refunded me. No one told me on the first 2 calls not to open my account or it activates. The 3rd customer service rep was better at explaining the process and I did receive another refund...
