The food was the best food I have ever had and the location was amazing I would say the over all restaurant was a fantastic experience but upon the request of candy the 350 waitress to make my chicken “cheesy” if you know what i mean ? but my request was unfortunately declined. But then I asked if I can fish for my chicken in her 8 neck rolls. But overall it was a life changing experience and I would like to see candy again soon

Received a take out order. The order was wrong. Missing items. What was cooked was terrible. Manager Shelly said there was nothing she could do. Worst experience and food ever. Don’t bother.

We have been coming less and less, because the vibe and work ethics has gone down from before the pandemic.Wednesday, January 17th, we had dinner in the early evening. We had the most annoying experience with bad service, and poor work ethics, not only from our waitress Yusra, but from a few others.2 young guys were sitting in the booth behind us. It sounded like they were ex employees. They had 4 girls at times around them, talking loud. It was hard to talk between my husband and my self.One waitress played with one of the guys dreadlocks, and then kept serving food.Our waitress's mind was not on us, but on the guys. Everyone can make a mistake, but she made at least 4. At one point she told me "sorry they haven't been here in a while". Is that an excuse?We ask for traditional naked wings. She repeated the order. Since she didn't say "naked" I said "naked". She looked at me and smiled. She came with breaded wings. We had to wait 10 min for new ones.She asked if we wanted blue cheese, and my husband said yes. My husband called her, after she was talking to the guys on the other booth for a few minutes, and told her that we never got the blue cheese. She said " oh you want blue cheese?".She forgot the limes for my beer that I asked her for, and I had to call her again, and we had a couple other issues .She spent too much time in the both behind us, and not being able to concentrate. It was like they were having their own get together, and making it uncomfortable for us, making so much noise and standing so close around us when we were eating and trying to talk.The young female manager saw this, since she said hi to the guys too for a couple minutes, and after this she was walking around the restaurant

I stopped by this location of Hooters today. I was by myself, and I asked to be seated in a location separate from everybody else. The service was outstanding, and the food was better than any other Hooters I have eaten. I was greeted at the door and they said bye to me on my way out. This location of Hooters is the best location of Hooters I have ever been at I highly recommend visiting them.
