I go into this Jimmy John’s very frequently about once a week if not multiple times. I work in the same strip and they always do a great job. Very personable and a great personality within the staff. I am consistently meeting Kyle and Sydney who do a great job and always put their best foot forward. Great staff and great environment.

Did an online order for a delivery at 1:56pm, food went out for delivery at 2:38pm and arrived at 3:22pm. I ordered one sandwich and am located 2 miles from the store. Completely unacceptable as well as unsafe to have products out that long

I keep trying to see if I will have a better experience at this location, but will likely need to go to another location or sub shop. I had jalapeños incorrectly added to a child’s sub a few months ago and then asked to *purchase* a plain loaf/bread yesterday and was denied. Even if they had one loaf left at the end of the night, they could have had sold it to a customer! Younger individuals running the shop and manager likely needs to check in more/perform better customer service training.

My son and I love this location. Sandwiches are always delicious and made right. Our favorite spot to have lunch. Staff is very welcoming. The soft drinks not the best but it works I guess. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am a big fan of Jimmy Johns but this has got to be the worst location ever. When I placed an order at jimmy johns for a delivery, the driver inputted his own tip without my consent. This was the SECOND time this has happen to me. The first time I bypassed it but this time it just showed how greedy a person can be. I called their store everyday and it’s been a month and I still haven’t been refunded when they verbally confirmed that they were going to provide me my funds back. I called today and the manager was very rude when they toke my money. I’ve been patient with them but it sucks hearing from the manager that I have to call my bank and do a dispute. I’m very disappointed with the service and I will never order from here again. Please be careful everyone.

Called store after waiting an hour and was told "delivery guy is old and gets lost and stuff. I have to deal with this every day." I'm the customer, don't complain to me; fire him! Waited a total of over 2 hours and then called store again to cancel order and asked for refund. Hopefully it will be refunded so I don't have to dispute the charge. Never ordering from here again because this previously happened to coworkers, as well.
