My sister and I ordered our smoothies together (one order) and for some unexplainable reason, there was a 15+;minute wait between my smoothie and her's. She didn't order anything special (pineapple, mango with Greek yogurt, which is on their menu), but people who came in 10 minutes after us had received their smoothies before she got her's. We finally had to ask the girl if she get us the smoothie.
I must say they make the best smoothies from all the smoothie king’s I have been to in Illinois, but I have had two issues with Free upsize Friday from the app and no real help with the mixups. The first time they said because I ordered from the app it wasn’t eligible for upsize..??? And today I went in to get the upsize and collect points and pay with another card, but they basically said that I couldn’t do that.
