I'm a baker. I've eaten bread around the world, including multiple grand prix de la baguette de Paris winners. Katich is as good as any bakery I've ever had. The only part I dislike is how difficult it is to get the product; either order days ahead and plan your week around it, or hope to catch them at a farmers market.

Still, some of the best bread in the world (in my opinion).

I always get their sourdough and their focaccia because its just so delicious. But today I finally decided to try one of their treats. I went with the chocolate almond coconut. 10/10. And Gigi was so helpful (I learned all about their winter pre-order system). Thanks Katich Breads!
