The food was so fresh and good! We wanted a quick snack before coming home to cook and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! (: Me, My husband and my daughter shared a cheeseburger, a fry and a drink. (It was the meal) shout out to Hugo for giving my husband a free lemonade! I truly appreciate the food, this was our first time, but the hospitality and the service was amazing as well! Pretty inside, I pray Hugo be blessed abundantly, IF YKYK!! Glad i came home going thru my receipts and seen his name on there! God bless

Unfortunately, my experience at M Burger was quite disappointing . I ordered a chicken burger, and it turned out to be a huge letdown. The chicken was tasteless and burnt, which completely ruined the flavor. Additionally, the fries were soggy and lacked any crispy texture. The quality of the food does not justify the price I paid. I don't think I'll be returning to this place and wouldn't recommend it to others.

I use to like eating here but after my experience today, my family will never come here again.
First, for a burger, fries, drink and tender it was almost $30. I realize that prices are high everywhere but $30 for a basic meal is ridiculous.
Second, the wait was unacceptable. I ordered my very basic order and waited 30 minutes. I understand that mistakes can happen but it should not take this long for basic fast food.
Third, I brought this to the managers attention and he was very rude and did nothing to mitigate the problem. He could have smoothed things over but did not offer anything to make our negative experience into a positive.
My family are regulars here but after today we will never come back. The long wait times, rude staff and dirty atmosphere are not worth $30 for this food.

Always mess up my order and workers were very rude. I asked for lettuce and ketchup only and my burger had everything else but that….listening skills non existent and take forever that you don’t even want to wait for a re-order.
