Muchacho Alegre Restaurant

We got there around 7pm. We asked to have an high chair brought to us and they brought it 10 minutes later. Then they took another 10 minutes later to order our food. We ordered and had to wait 1 hour before we decided to get up and leave because no food was brought out to us. No one came and checked up on us during that hour, we saw as they attended other tables, and when we brought up the fact that our food was not brought to us, they said they were barely making it after an hour had passed by. Not to mention, they proceeded to ask us blindly what’s wrong, after an hour they finally care for their consumers. This experience left my family and I highly disappointed and utterly dissatisfied with this restaurant. Do not recommend.

I ordered the molcajete muchacho alegre and it was delicious the ceviche de pescado was of the hook defenally come back thank you to Jose luis the server

We were seated and waited about 30 minutes, but no one came to take our order or even offer drinks. When we decided to leave, the host didn’t apologize or acknowledge the situation. Very disappointing experience—I do not recommend this place.

The food was good but the bartender was extremely rude and unsanitary. He was extremely drunk and grabbed all the ice cubes barehanded while being rude to my wife after she asked him politely to please wear gloves and remake the drink. If this is how they make the drinks, I could only imagine how they cook food.

I had a bad experience. Service was horrible, more like no service. No one there smiles. Server was drinking, hanging out while we wait on him lbvs.

Atmosphere is cool and service was well. Great place for a night cap or lunch drink! Salsa was EXTREMELY hot lolol I mean really hot that milk wouldn't cut through 😅

Delicious!!!! And the atmosphere 👌🏼 😍 I love this place. The seafood is fresh and the shrimp is ALL deveined!

The seafood is really good but I’ve had tacos on three or four separate occasions. The food is not seasoned and I only got red salsa and I like green. I think they should do better with preparing tacos and their meat. The vegetables and stuff on the taco, don’t taste fresh the meat doesn’t taste fresh either

Wanted to try a new place and we liked it. Live music was nice. The restaurant was VERY loud when they played though. If you have a big group, you’ll only be able to talk to those right next to you.
