Customer service is consistently good at the Fox Valley Mall location. I wish they were more flexible with creating plates for vegans. I can only eat sides and appetizers, so they get really confused when I try to swap an entree for a side. I like their app and rewards point system.

I came in to get my grandmother a meal and the employee Bryan and his coworker was too busy on their phones instead of doing their job, that’s not customer service quality and we shouldn’t have to wait until the employee decides to do their jobs

I just recently discovered how good Panda is. I mainly love how much food you get for a reasonable price. My favorite combo so far is the Mein Chow with orange chicken and broccoli and beef.
