Everything is good about this location but the bathroom. They open at 6 I come in 30 minutes after I only use it to rinse coffee cup out. But bathroom smells like an outhouse. If you look on the wall of the stall it has streaks all over it sink is nasty smells so bad. I have gone In On several occasions same thing every time. If they can’t clean bathrooms are they even washing hands?

Unfortunately this location has very poor communication. I personally have attempted to contact the GM over the last two weeks, but to no avail. She’s never there. Today I reached someone “filling in” and she was pleasant but couldn’t help me.
She actually said she “thinks” they don’t have a GM and gave me the Assistant GM’s email.

I enjoy the food at Panera. The staff here is friendly. I wish they would have a better system so you could get your coffee ahead of your order. They haven't been giving out cups ahead. I do find that someone needs to be more attentive to the floors and tables. They haven't been as ckean as they were in the past.

1st timer there as a truck driver passing through. The lady that working was extremely busy but very courteous with me. Ordered a vanilla latte and a blueberry bagel. I enjoyed the visit and it's contents. Would stop again.

Donna at the front register was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the experience memorable -- and all with a smile! This Panera is lucky to have her as part of their staff; great customer service is rare today. I will be coming back to this Panera whenever I'm in the area & want to grab food or coffee! 10/10

I Went to go pickup my order that was ready through the drive through. A customer ahead of me order wasn’t ready. Instead of having the customer move up ahead they had 3 cars wait. We all sat and waited over 15 minutes. This isnt really efficient service for the customers. Management should come up with a better solution so this doesn’t happen.
Soup was barely warm (cream of chicken) and the drinks were HORRIBLE and old (unsweetened Iced tea & lemonade). I literally should have complained but I got nauseous from the drink and then a headache so we left.

The fact that my only choice was to order my own food, because my only option was a kiosk that wasn’t very user friendly started this out bad. We ordered a mocha latte and a cappuccino with a pump Of mocha and no foam. A cinnamon roll and a cookie. After waiting 15 min, Both drinks came wrong….and the cinnamon roll was cold. When asked to warm It up we were told to do it ourselves in the microwave UNDER the drink machine that people were standing at. Took another 5 min to get the coffees remade and they still were wrong. The fact that we ordered ourselves, served ourselves and still Had bad food all For 20.00 makes this experience a one and done at Panera.
