Ordered delivery. Took two hours to receive, food was cold when it arrived and was inedible. Popeyes will not refund my money, only send me points to use on future orders. Why would I ever order from them again? A full refund is warranted, but they refuse. I received NOTHING in exchange for my money.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt the need to write a one star review (see my other reviews for reference) but this place was honestly a joke. I’m gonna try and write this as fairly as possible.

Overall layout (not employees fault): This place honestly needs to be torn down and fixed. The drive thru is extremely narrow and difficult to drive in, the order window was itty bitty as well. One thing I love about my car is how easily I can make sharp turns but for the first time in my life, I felt claustrophobic in a drive thru and my car rolled up onto the sidewalk. Had to take off my seat belt and heavily lean over just so I could give the girl my card too.

Ordering: Whoever the lady taking orders is needs to be replaced. She wasn’t updating the order screen and she completely missed two items on my order. So I went to order the FNAF deluxe box, and saw it was $12. I said deluxe box at least 3 times. And I asked for a large Drpepper, and we had a small conversation about how they don’t have rootbeer just drpepper so she definitely heard me. She wasn’t updating the screen, so I saw there was an order for $27 and I thought it was my order. So I kept trying to tell her hey I’m just trying to get one deluxe box, not two. She said that’s the previous car’s order. Okay well then update the screen??? So I can make sure you got everything which you obviously didn’t. I asked for a pie too which they were sadly out of, but that’s fine.

Order window: Again whoever took my order needs to be replaced. The girl at the window was sweet though. She says okay your total is gonna be $8 so I go no that’s not right the deluxe box is $12 and I got a drpepper. I really don’t get how two different employees didn’t understand I was asking for the deluxe box. ^ Apparently they also forgot to add the drpepper to my order, second girl added it though. So she charges me, gives me my food and drpepper, and I drive off briefly glancing to make sure I have everything. Turns out I didn’t. Back to overall layout, again it’s such a joke. People were literally parked in the street blocking traffic to get inside this popeyes, and I was so annoyed with the first lady I didn’t think to pull over to really check my meal which is 100% on me.

The meal itself: I was kinda unsure of it at first, the chicken has a good flavor and so do the cheese bites. They did include the marinara sauce. Drpepper doesn’t taste flat. But they completely forgot the cupcake which is one of the things I was most excited for especially as a fan who grew up on the fnaf games. And the girl at the window outright heard me say “the meal is supposed be $12” I don’t get what wasn’t clicking in the employees head that they gave me the wrong meal. By the end of the whole ordeal I had to have mentioned the $12 deluxe meal at least 4 times and yet I still didn’t get it.

Edit: Turns out I have left one star reviews before but never for a food place. I have a pretty high tolerance

Not sure what the pick up policy is for uber/ delivery orders, but, we just received an order that was 2 hours old.
Had the same name as my fiance, but, as an Uber driver myself, why are you not checking the order for accuracy, and why was an order from 2 hours ago still able to be picked up?!
I tried calling the store and no one wants to answer.
Great customer service, and great job checking orders for accuracy.

CINEMA CRITIC

Waited for 20+ minutes for mashed potatoes and received old food. They forgot to give us our second side option, making our dinner difficult with 4 people to serve! The drive-thru is extremely dangerous,there is no handicapped parking (ADA requirement) and there is very low lighting at this facility. I've had much better food in the past, but it's always a question of whether the food and service will be good or bad and there is always a wait. When the food is fresh it's great, but the gamble is often not worth the risk!

I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for the last 4 years, and recently the customer service has terrible! The full staff needs to be terminated and they need a team who understands English because EVERY time I order from the drive thru, there is a lady that works the window often who never gets my order right. I even repeat exactly what I want just to make sure it’s right, and the order is still never right. You look in the bag and you’re missing biscuits that come with your combo, they don’t give you utensils, when you ask for certain condiments you have to repeat yourself and they still don’t put them in the bag, my chicken taste old and not fresh. This place is ridiculous, and they really need to consider who they hire to run a fast food restaurant.

Been here a few times now. There is like a 50% chance your order will be messed up and they don't even answer their phones to get it corrected after. Probably the worst run fast food I have even been too.

I visited this Popeyes location today and had an extremely disappointing and troubling experience regarding the customer service.

Despite being next in line and waiting, I was repeatedly skipped over. I observed staff members, including one specific employee, actively prioritizing and serving several white customers who had arrived at the counter well after I did. The staff made no attempt to acknowledge me or take my order during this time. A white girl not fat one

The preferential treatment was blatant, and it created the undeniable impression that I was being ignored and marginalized because of my race.

This level of bias and poor conduct is unacceptable for a public-facing business. I urge management to conduct a serious internal review of their team's conduct and provide mandatory anti-bias training to ensure all patrons receive respectful and equitable service. I will not be returning to this store.Nov 2 , 5.40pm

This Popeyes was rude and aggressive when I went inside after going through drive though. I was served cold, pink and slimy boneless chicken tenders TWICE! I went back inside to get a new order and they aggressively asked me to leave and that they would no longer serve me. This was completely unacceptable and I will be taking further action. Incident date: Saturday October 25, 2025
