I order 65.00 worth of food yesterday I am so upset chicken with no form of seasoning on it it didn't have no taste what was the most disgusting Popeye's Chicken I ever had in my life this location really need to get it together I would never order food here again

I can’t recommend this place. They gave me the wrong product and didn’t want to exchange it since it will cost them more. Makes no sense. I rather go to a different location.

I ordered the family combo and when we delivered, there were several of us, I realized that a dam was missing, the man made the claim and he refunded it to me, but that should not be like that

Went to get some chicken on a Sunday afternoon--at 3pm and the place was closed. A few other cars drove up wanting food also but the place was dark and they cones in front of the drive thru.

Management should teach employees on how to treat customers. Neglegent, disrespectful, poor response and they don't care customer and food. Better go somewhere else.

I’m so sick and tired of this location and how they treat their customers. Their food always comes out disgusting. i ask for extra mayo because they never put on any an they put an
absurd amount that no one not even themselves would eat. (all those napkins are covered in the “Extra” mayo) They put tenders instead of the chicken they are supposed to put on the sandwich. Also why am I receiving 2 bottom buns for a sandwich. No one is in the store, completely empty but still takes 23 minutes for my food to come out. I will be calling Corporate an as well I.C.E because I am not letting this treatment slide any further. It’s been years.

Absolute terrible customer service. I ordered wings with sauce and they arrived without any sauce. When I tried calling (about a dozen times) no one answered the phone. This place is a joke. I'd find another location because this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order without any apologies or compensation. Absolute worst service ever.
