Terrible service, the buffoons told us to wait out front for our drive through order and I had to go inside and get the order after being left outside. Best part was it was just sitting on the counter in the back ready they just do not know how to run a drive through.

The chicken here is always bad, it felt like they were cooked the day or a week before and they still serve it to customers! Chicken wings was stale, suppose to be served with ranch but the ranch was missing. Bought from this Popeyes three times but this branch stand no chance. Not going to give it another chance.
I was in the drive thru. She mistook my order... fine. Accidents happen. I then waited in front of the building for 20 minutes, watching people go inside, order, and come out... before me. For reverence, I ordered a 12 piece and a sandwich. I wasn't feeding an armada. When the girl came out, she brought out an 8 piece... when I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered, she literally shrugged and said, "Oh ok. Well, I don't know...." She handed me the bag with the wrong order and walked away... the customer service was awful here.The food TASTED fine but for the rest... save yourself the trouble of trying to maneuver the minimal drive thru and the employees.
